Stephen Palahach was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He has long been a part of the bar team at Maison Premiere in Brooklyn, winner of the 2016 James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program. He also writes about spirits and cocktail culture. His work has appeared in PUNCH Magazine as well as Narratively. He is also a primary content writer for The Liquor Cabinet. In the past year, Stephen has done several pop-ups in Charleston at Edmund’s Oast, slinging both classic and original tiki cocktails.
